Rating by category:
The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was middle of the road, the location good.
Very expensive for 2 night stay
Good clean hotel ideal for long weekend to explore Highlands 2 minute walk from railway station
Location very good for Bus and Train stations.
very supportive staff ideal loction: 2 minutes from train and bus station, from post office, 1 minute from the "restraunt" street. Very convenient tooms, clean, good breakfast. Modern. Lifts available.
Booked as a family room, however extended double room describes it better. Additional bed (extended couch) was almost inaccepatable (fortunally our child is a ligth weight and could not feel the metal bar in the back). Just for sleeping is fine.
check in was easy, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and very quiet even although centre of town.
found the cost of the room expensive, possibly due to time of year and location.
Convenient location, friendly staff, no fuss
The food was of good quality. The Encore cheese burger is just great. It is found near the mass-storage parking, near the bus and train station. One pound shop just 3 minutes walk.... Amazing shop. Retail international park (Good one) is just 5minutes drive-away..
Lack of entertainment. Inverness being quite dead at night, some live music (International music) would be great...
Hotel right in the centre of Inverness very close to the bus depot and train station which gives you access to the rest of the highlands.
A comfortable, well run modern hotel. Havcing a wood laminate floor is different to the norm but must lead to a more dust free atmosphere. Another modern innovation is the 'wet room' although a more powerful extractor fan here would be an improvement. We would certainly go there again.
Had an excellent Boy's trip
Extremely well run hotel , with excellent food (pity there is no car park)
I know the staff are one of the most pleasant even better than the other Ramada in Inverness.
It was a bit smaller than the one I had the last time.
the staff were very attentive and the rooms very comfortable and clean and extremley great value for money and only a two minute walk from train station.
The most friendly hotel staff I have encountered for a long time. And extremely helpful. 100% plus. Could not be better.
The problem is that threr is no car park belonging to the hotel. Also, that there was no wardrobe in the room.
